L.A.M.P. Training Institute — Leadership and Ministry Preparation exists to equip, strengthen, and prepare emerging leaders for effective service in the Kingdom of God. Built on the foundation of biblical truth, spiritual maturity, and practical ministry development, L.A.M.P. provides a structured environment where men and women can grow in their calling, deepen their understanding of Scripture, and develop the character and competency needed for faithful leadership.

The name L.A.M.P. reflects the heart of the institute: God’s Word brings light, direction, wisdom, and clarity to every believer’s path. As Psalm 119:105 declares, “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” L.A.M.P. Training Institute is designed to help leaders not only receive that light, but learn how to walk in it, teach from it, and lead others by it.

At L.A.M.P., leadership is not treated as a title, position, or platform. Leadership is formation. It is the process of being shaped by the Word, strengthened through discipline, refined in character, and prepared for assignment. Through biblical instruction, ministry training, leadership development, spiritual formation, and practical application, the institute helps participants move from desire to discipline, from calling to clarity, and from preparation to purposeful service.

The mission of L.A.M.P. Training Institute is to prepare leaders who are grounded in Scripture, sensitive to the Spirit, mature in character, and effective in ministry.
